Summary

Hello! We are the Headline team (Blerina, Natalie, Marina, Sandra).Our exercise was, to make a headline for every chapter and to write a short summary.

Ch. 1 Frank has to go to the USA	Frank’s parents decide to make him go to the USA, because he’s very bad at English.
Ch. 2 The strange bus with the strange men	Frank gets into the wrong bus in New York. The bus leaves with the crooks.
Ch. 3 Just trees and hills	Smitty, Pancho and Fats let Frank go, at a place with just hills and trees. Frank takes his ticket, his passport and the pouch with the diamonds with him.
Ch. 4 Back to civilisation	Frank finds a filling station. Fats and Pancho get off the plane. They want to have the pouch back, so they try to find Frank and go to the filling station. Frank notices them and jumps onto the back of a truck.
Ch. 5 Frank and Linda in the ghost town	Frank meets Linda on the truck. They go together and find a ghost town. There they meet Martha and stay for a night.
Ch. 6 Experience in Winslow	Frank and Linda find diamonds in the pouch. Frank goes to Winslow to call the police.
Ch. 7 Ch. 7 Frank on the way to police station	On the way to the police station, the crooks pull Frank into a car and want to take him to the plane. But then Linda comes and saves him with the police officer.
Ch. 8 The nice end of Frank and Linda	They say “Thanks” to each other. Next year Linda will visit Frank in Germany to help him with English.
